Shipping & Handling

All orders are handmade and shipped after an official invoice is filled out and paid via direct sales or online order through www.chicagocompositesmfg.com. For any item that are not in stock, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Product availability will be disclosed in the product description upon purchase. 

The risk of loss of an item is passed to the consumer upon tender to carrier.  Chicago Composites & Manufacturing LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or signed delivery of any shipment After it leaves our warehouse and is in possession of the shipping carrier.

If a package arrives at its destination damaged, please contact Claims@chicagocompositesmfg com within 48 hours of the date received according to the tracking number. Please send a detailed email along with photos/videos To show the damage. Please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We will work with you to the best of our abilities with any claim filed with a carrier

 

Free Shipping

When the term, "Free shipping" is used on www.chicagocompositesmfg.com it only includes states within the continental US, unless specified otherwise on the product page and/or promotion.

 

International Shipping

Chicago Composite and Manufacturing ships worldwide. The consumer is responsible for all import fees, duties, VAT, GST, tax, handling fees and all import costs to their respective country. 

Chicago Composites & Manufacturing takes great care in ensuring your items are packaged properly. If any package seems to be damaged in transit, you agreed to notify us within 48 hours of delivery time and date listed on the tracking number.  Any side notes via your shipping agent will assist in the claim if one is needed. Please keep all packaging and items to file a proper claim with insurance.

 

Return policy

Chicago Composite and manufacturing LLC allows return of all uninstalled, unmodified, and unused items for a full refund within 7 days of receipt.  Please contact us to request a refund.

 -  Any custom made order is not eligible for return. 

 - Products must be unused and in the same condition as they were shipped.

 - Consumer agrees to be responsible for return shipping and handling costs.

 

Defective or incorrect item

If the incorrect item is received or if the item is believed to have a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please provide photo or video documentation with a detailed description in writing of the defects with the part(s) and/or order. Submitting a claim does not warrant an automatic refund unless wrong parts were received. We reserve the right to make the final decision on all claims.

Claims can be filed through Claims@chicagocomposites.com with all documentation plus the original invoice, receipt, or reference number for the order.
