Return Policy

Return/Exchange policy

Chicago Composite and manufacturing LLC allows return and exchanges of all uninstalled, unmodified, and unused items for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt.  Please contact us to request a refund or exchange.

 - Any custom made order is not eligible for return. 

 - Products must be unused and in the same condition as they were when originally shipped.

 - Consumer agrees to be responsible for return shipping and handling costs.

 

Defective or incorrect item

If the incorrect item is received or if the item is believed to have a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please provide photo or video documentation with a detailed description in writing of the defects with the part(s) and/or order. Submitting a claim does not warrant an automatic refund unless wrong parts were received and returned to us within 7 days. We reserve the right to make the final decision on all claims.

Claims can be filed through Claims@chicagocomposites.com with all documentation plus the original invoice, receipt, or reference number for the order.

 

Cancelations

If you are wanting to cancel an order that has not been started yet we will do so for the full refund. Please let us know before five business days after ordering. After five business days we will no longer be able to cancel your order for a full refund but for 75% of the items total sale price. 

Custom orders, (not applicable to steering wheels unless custom logos are placed) can be canceled within 5 business days for a full refund. After 5 business days we will refund 65% of the items total sale price. The
